BULLDOG DEMOLITION & ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

Bulldog Demolition is a Division of Maintenance Services Ltd. It was incorporated in 1987. The initial business model was based on servicing everything from small businesses to power utilities and oil companies. With the growing trend toward renewable resources the company has expanded its services to include recycling, demolition, C & D disposal, snow removal, shore erosion protection, hydrocarbon soil cleanup and environmental services. The company had done many different jobs throughout the Maritimes and has the equipment, experience and expertise necessary for any kind of job.

Some of the jobs we have done over the years included: wharf demolitions for the St. John Harbor Authority, demolition of the old Charlottetown Hospital, warehouse demolition for Provigo/Loblaw, partial freezer warehouse for McCain Foods, gas station demolition for Irving Oil and a recent commercial demolition for the City of St. John.

Bulldog Demolition has become a very successful Atlantic Canada firm and has begun doing work in the Atlantic region in coordination with the Department of Environment of Canada. Together, both the Company and Government are focusing on finding new ways on how to develop and improve the environmental cleanliness. This positive attitude has positioned bulldog demolition at the forefront of a growth market.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work with attention to details including environmental and safety concerns. Ours staffs are experienced and dedicated and take pride in getting the job done according to the clients’ specifications.
